Call Center Agent

As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner. You will provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information. Your role will also involve maintaining customer records, updating databases, and following call center scripts and protocols. English is a must for this role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  2. Providing accurate information about products and services
  3. Handling customer complaints and resolving issues
  4. Processing orders, forms, and applications
  5. Updating customer records in the database
