PURPOSE:
Sales representative interacts directly with prospective customers or clients to sell a company's products or services. They're usually responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers and building relationships to increase sales
JOB DUTIES STATEMENTS:
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Building and maintaining strong, long lasting customer relationships across all assigned channels in your territory
2. Leading all the aspects of customer account management, including negotiating annual contracts, following up on customer performance quarterly and annually.
3. Ensure timely communication of quarterly plan of actions with customers in assigned territory.
4. Inform customers about new products that are relevant to their needs or preferences. If customers have queries, service quality.
5. Planning calls to the clients (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) considering tasks of Client's potential development in our reporting system.
6. Visiting the assigned eye health care professionals.
7. Filling the data of visits in reporting format.
8. Participating in creation of business plans for entrusted territory.
9. Participation in training and educational courses according to the developed plan and for instructions of the sales manager.
10. Working in tough and hard commercial condition environment
11. Timely and complete submission of calls on reporting system
12. Meet defined department goals and objectives.
13. Must have excellent communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in pharma or any medical field such as veterinary, chemistry, biology.
Experience: 3 years’ experience as sales representative
