Assistant Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring and managing the financial operations of the company.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for review by the Finance Manager.
  • Analyze financial data and assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Assist in auditing processes and financial risk assessment.
  • Handle financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience in financial management and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Desired Experience:

  • 5-9 years of experience in a finance-related role.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or assistant management position is preferred.
  • Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: BHD 1500 - 1800 per year.
  • Full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
