Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will play a key role in driving the success of our sales team and achieving our revenue targets. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and overseeing the sales process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  2. Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  4. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities

Preferred Candidates:

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
  2. Excellent leadership and communication skills
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  4. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  5. Fluency in English and Arabic
