Role Summary:
Manages SAFE Rewards Management System. Oversee SAFE's pay and benefits programs, ensure they meet the organization's mission, goals, and compensation objectives, comply with all relevant regulations and laws, and serve its overall best interests.
Main Responsibilities:
- Evaluate staff C&B practices across SAFE to maintain compliance with business policies, local legislation and guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Oversee the yearly pay review process to ensure compliance with defined criteria and timeframes; creates guidelines and business rules, evaluate program results, and provide reports and recommendations.
- Contribute to selecting and managing 3rd party suppliers, for example, healthcare.
- Responsibility for incentive procedures, such as payroll, salary review, bonus distribution, job grading, and harmonization, and ensuring frequent salary and benefits benchmarking
- Support HRIS and implement Reward, Compensation, and Benefits policies in the ERP system.
- Participates and/or provides leadership in developing and modifying SAFE C&B policies, systems, and procedures for staff.
- Develops customized compensation plans and strategies for targeted employee groups as required to compete with market conditions and trends, ensuring internal equity, compatibility with SAFE values and policies, and adherence to local laws and regulations.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Organizational Psychology, or Organizational Behavior.
- +7 years of experience in Rewards.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of total rewards best practices, market trends, and legal and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
