About the role
As a Sales Representative, you will promote and sell digital transformation products/services to potential customers.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong customer focus, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Representative to join our team at the Riyadh office.
Your impact
- Be responsible for proposal and opportunity coordination, account penetration, lead generation, targeted prospecting, and forecasting
- Be responsible for selling our products and Solutions and drive all activities of the Sales Cycle from Identification to Closure and Contracting
- Coordinate comprehensive Account Management Plans to address the tactical and strategic needs of the client
- Identify and pursue account expansion opportunities in existing and new divisions
- Leverage own relationships, own networking, and develop new relationships with customers
- Coordinate presentations to Clients, Preparation of Proposals, and Negotiation of Commercial Terms and Conditions
- Be responsible for Post Sales Activities such as Relationships, Invoicing, and Collections
- Be responsible for assessing opportunities, developing account plans and contract negotiations
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales targets by promoting companies’ products ethically to customers as per the business plan
- Work closely with the Presales Department and Marketing Department
- Network with prospective clients to persuade them to bring their business to the company
- Drive a customer experience by delivering technology solutions tailored to customer needs and can meet and beat their assigned quota
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Skills
We are looking for someone who has
- Arabic language - native
- English language - fluent
- At least 4 years of experience in Sales/Account Management in Public or Private Sectors
- At least 2 years of Sales experience in the field of Information and Technology solutions (software or IT solutions)
- Proven experience in selling sophisticated solutions and guiding clients to make decisions based on our products' value.
- Demonstrated business and financial understanding and the ability to negotiate agreements
- The ability to coordinate and support impactful customer-centric solution presentations to customers (CMO/Marketing Director, Product Heads, Technical Heads)
- Strong persuasive abilities
- Attitude for understanding how technology solutions aim to tackle business problems
- Consultative Selling Capabilities. Hence preferably to have also played an account management role
Nice to have
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science is a plus as is business experience in an engineering, technical, and consulting environment
