Guardian is looking to reinforce its Marketing team in Africa and Middle East with a Residential Sector Marketing Manager. In this role you will be responsible to create profitable demand for products and services in the residential sector and create a sector strategy that creates value for all stakeholders within the sector. We are looking for those that share our passion in providing innovative solutions to solve our customers complex challenge paired with ability to build strategic relationships with governmental and non-governmental main decision makers and strong business acumen.
This role offers remote working option and could be based in Riyadh, or anywhere in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

•Create profitable demand for Guardian products and services within residential sector in AME
•Develop Point of View for residential sector, such as but not limited to:
•Understand residential demand and its drivers in the region
•Impact of energy codes and activities to influence code development (i.e. local lobbying activities)
•Uncovers insights, trends, opportunities, legal & cultural specificities
•Develop decision making framework
Skills
Value proposition & new product development
•Determines parameters to respond to market needs
•Leads the development of value propositions for residential sector (product, service, information, etc..) and their associated costs
•Develops selling tools and implementation programs
•Bachelor’s / master’s degree in a relevant field (business, architecture) or relevant work-related experience
•Proven experience in the B2B environment, preferably within the building material industry in cooperation with housing authorities, architects and aluminium / windows contractors (knowledge and experience within the glass filed is preferred)
•Strong and effective communication skills, including verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation
•Fluent in English and Arabic
What Will Put You Ahead
•Existing relationships with the main decision makers within governmental and non-governmental entities (ex. housing programs) in AME region and more specifically in the KSA
•Understanding of the residential sector value chain from the inception till realization
•Comfortable talking in public – digitally and in-person
