SAP Basis & Security Specialist

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the SAP environment, including system administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

  • Implement and maintain SAP security policies, user roles, and authorizations to ensure data protection and compliance.

  • Perform SAP Basis tasks such as system installations, upgrades, patches, backups, and performance tuning.

  • Monitor SAP systems to ensure optimal performance and availability, addressing any issues proactively.

  • Provide support for HCM Payroll and SF ECP, ensuring seamless payroll processing and integration with other HR systems.

  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to align SAP systems with business requirements and best practices.

  • Conduct regular system audits and participate in compliance reviews to maintain system integrity.

  • Support SAP system migrations, upgrades, and other projects as required.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures.

  • Provide training and support to end-users on SAP security and related systems.
