We are seeking to grow our OB/HR group by appointing a senior colleague (i.e., Associate or Full Professor) in the area of Leadership. The anticipated focus for this position will be teaching leadership at the graduate and executive levels, and contributing to our research initiatives in the faculty appointee’s area of OB/HR expertise.

Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College of Business & Entrepreneurship (MBSC) is a private business school in Saudi Arabia launched in partnership with Babson Global, Lockheed Martin, Emaar Economic City, and the MiSK foundation. Now in its 7th year of operations, we continue to grow our programs and extend global excellence in business education throughout the Middle East region.

We teach at the Executive MBA, Master in Management (MiM), and Master in Finance (MiF) levels, while anticipating the launch of undergraduate programs in the near future. We are also quickly growing our offerings in Executive Education, and we welcome applicants who can excel in this teaching environment. In general, faculty members are expected to participate in the design and delivery of new programs and executive education courses.

MBSC also supports top-tier research productivity through a low course load (10 credits annually) and generous funding for conference travel, software, and other research support. Current MBSC faculty have published in FT50 and other top-tier journals such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Organization Science, Journal of Business Ethics, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Human Relations, Management Science, and Harvard Business Review. Our research environment encourages top-tier quality while also recognizing the importance of thought leadership in other formats, such as cases, book writing, and applied research.
