Lead - Food Service (Protein)

  • JOB PURPOSE:
  • To conduct Food Services sales plans in accordance with NADEC’s FS mission and vision, deliver budgeted/targeted sales & margins (Revenue) on the Nadec FS product ranges in the channel to deliver the projected numerical growth and profitability and execute commercial plan as per NADEC FS goals and objectives to ensure goal achievement, SKUs penetration, increase coverage and high availability in the channel (especially for NPDs).
  • KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Core Accountabilities:

  • Implement Food Services sales plans in alignment with NADEC’s FS commercial plan.
  • Implement short, mid & long-term strategic plans for FS in order to maximize profitability and achieve targeted sales potential as part of the business plan
  • Assist in Preparing and delivering monthly reports of catering sales to show sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Analyse information resources to identify sales opportunities, areas of improvement, study different market trends (main channels - competitors - pricing- etc.).
  • Gather data regarding FS customer’s price to support the evaluation process.
  • Prepare price structure include knowing all variables in the value chain for the purpose of issuing contracts/ purchase orders.
  • Build strong relations with the customers to continually accomplish sales volume and profit goals.
  • Deliver the agreed quantities to the customer in order to meet sales goals and objectives.
  • Document data elements to meet the requirement of customers and send/receive documents on time to meet certain standards of performance.
  • Assist in debts management of FS business to give support in controlling the debts.
  • People Management Accountabilities
  • Ensure that all subordinates have clear objectives, constructive and accurate performance feedback sessions formal annual performance appraisals, and individual development plans.
  • Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
  • Adhere with direction for the development and implementation of organizational unit’s policies, systems, processes and procedures, identifying potential areas of improvement to ensure efficient and effective operation.
  • Comply with corporate requirements on adherence to policies, procedures and instructions related to all relevant regulatory directives to ensure a safe and risk-free environment.
  • JOB CONTEXT
  • Lead - Food Services, will be located in Nadec Offices and will travel to other Nadec Locations as per business needs.
  • QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
  • Education and Certifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or sales and marketing-related field.
  • Experience:
  • 3-4 years of experience in HORECA and relevant fields.
