*Job Summary*:

As the Senior Finance Director, you will lead the financial strategy and operations for a dynamic real estate organization. You will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and management, ensuring the company’s financial health and supporting its growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the real estate industry, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of financial management in a property-centric business.

*Key Responsibilities*:

- *Financial Strategy & Planning*:

 - Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s long-term goals in the real estate sector.

 - Lead the annual budgeting process, forecasting, and financial planning.

 - Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team for decision-making purposes.

- *Financial Management*:

 - Oversee financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and financial reporting.

 - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.

 - Manage cash flow, debt financing, and investment strategies to optimize capital structure.

- *Real Estate Financial Analysis*:

 - Analyze and evaluate potential real estate investments, acquisitions, and development projects.

 - Perform financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, and ROI assessments on property portfolios.

 - Provide strategic guidance on property valuation, asset management, and divestment strategies.

- *Leadership & Team Development*:

 - Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including property management, legal, and development, to achieve business objectives.

 - Represent the finance department in meetings with stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.

- *Risk Management & Compliance*:

 - Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

 - Ensure adherence to industry standards and compliance with financial regulations specific to the real estate sector.

 - Oversee internal audits and work closely with external auditors to ensure accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.

- *Reporting & Communication*:

 - Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to the board of directors, executive leadership, and investors.

 - Communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities clearly and effectively to all stakeholders.

Skills

- *Education*: 

 - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. An MBA or relevant master’s degree is highly desirable.

 - CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification preferred.

- *Experience*:

 - Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

 - Extensive experience in the real estate industry, with a strong understanding of property finance, real estate investments, and asset management.

 - Proven track record of leading finance teams and managing complex financial operations in a real estate environment.

- *Skills*:

 - Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with expertise in real estate financial analysis.

 - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

 - In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance in the real estate industry.
