HR Operations Specialist

The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for managing and executing HR operational activities within the organization. They play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes and policies. The specialist will collaborate with various stakeholders to support the HR team in delivering efficient and effective services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and administer HR processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and transfers.
  2. Monitor and update employee data in the HR system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
  3. Coordinate employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  4. Assist in the preparation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  5. Provide support and guidance to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in HR operations or a related field.
  2. Knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
  3. Experience with HR software and systems.
