Marketing Content Specialist

Job Responsibilities:


Content Ideation and Development:

-Generate and pitch creative content ideas that align with the brand’s goals and target audience.

-Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to brainstorm and develop content strategies.


Copywriting:

-Craft compelling, clear, and engaging copy in both English and Arabic for various platforms, including websites, social media, blogs, and marketing materials.

-Ensure that the tone, style, and language of the content are consistent with the brand's voice across all channels.


Translation and Localization:

-Translate and localize content from English to Arabic and vice versa, ensuring cultural and contextual accuracy.

-Adapt content to suit the preferences of different Arabic-speaking regions while maintaining the intended message.


Research:

-Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies.

-Gather insights and data to inform content creation, ensuring relevance and timeliness.


Content Editing and Proofreading:

-Review and edit content to ensure it is free from grammatical, spelling, and punctuation errors in both languages.

-Enhance the clarity, readability, and overall quality of the content.


Content Strategy:

-Develop and execute content plans that align with overall marketing strategies.

-Identify opportunities to create content that drives engagement and supports business objectives.


Presentation Skills:

-Create and deliver presentations to stakeholders to communicate content ideas, strategies, and campaign results.

-Use Microsoft PowerPoint and other tools to design visually appealing and effective presentations.


Project Management:

-Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.

-Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of content-related tasks.


Content Performance Analysis:

-Monitor and analyze the performance of content across different channels.

-Use analytics to refine and optimize content strategies for better engagement and results.


Microsoft Word and Documentation:

-Utilize Microsoft Word to create and format professional documents, proposals, and reports.

-Maintain organized records of all content, ensuring easy access and reference for future projects.


Event Coverage Content:

-Develop and produce content for event coverage, including live updates, post-event summaries, & promotional material.

-Work closely with event teams to capture key moments and translate them into engaging content.


Team Collaboration:

-Demonstrate strong team collaboration skills, working effectively with colleagues across different departments.

-Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.


Working Hours Discipline:

-Maintain discipline in adhering to established working hours, ensuring punctuality and meeting deadlines.

-Be available for communication and collaboration during working hours, contributing to the team’s overall productivity.


Collaboration and Communication:

-Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure content aligns with company objectives.

-Communicate effectively in both English and Arabic with team members and external partners.


Staying Updated:

-Keep up with the latest trends in content marketing, digital media, and translation practices.

-Continuously seek opportunities to improve language skills and content creation techniques.
