Network Administrator

A Network Administrator is responsible for maintaining and managing the computer networks and systems of an organization. They ensure the smooth operation of the network infrastructure and provide technical support to users. The Network Administrator is also responsible for implementing security measures to protect the network from unauthorized access and cyber threats.

Responsibilities:

  1. Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software.
  2. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues.
  3. Ensure network security by implementing and maintaining firewall systems and intrusion detection systems.
  4. Manage user accounts and permissions.
  5. Provide technical support to users and resolve network-related problems.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in network administration.
  2. Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies.
  3. Experience in managing and maintaining network infrastructure.
  4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
