• Coordinate the design, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Review MEP drawings and specifications for accuracy and constructability.
• Identify and resolve clashes and conflicts between MEP systems and other building components.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure seamless integration.
• Manage MEP subcontractors, including selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to ensure timely completion of work.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and address any issues or delays.
• Implement quality control procedures for MEP systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Prepare and maintain quality control documentation.
• Monitor MEP costs and identify potential cost-saving measures.
• Prepare cost reports and forecasts.
• Manage change orders and variations within the MEP scope.
• Develop and maintain MEP project schedules.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in MEP coordination in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and design principles.
• Proficiency in MEP design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian construction codes and regulations.
