- Manage the maintenance division of elevator and escalator department
- Handling preventive maintenance for annual contracts, emergency maintenance (Call-Backs) and modernization of equipment
- Candidate should have at least 15 years of relevant experience in handling elevator and escalator PROBLEMS & RECTIFICATION METHODS, ANALYSIS OF PROBLEMS for one of the known brand.
- Able to build a team and lead sales, marketing, maintenance and managing contracts.
