Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conducting and participating in daily toolbox discussions.
- Responsible for preparing and submitting quotations against the RFQ.
- Quotation and open order backlog management for the entire quotation and order life cycle.
- Handling inquiries, Quotations, Sales orders, and Customer Claims.
- Co-operates with local and Global delivery for support.
Preference:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role/ field.
- Basic knowledge of handling CRM tools i.e. MS Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.
- Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma Degree in Education. The additional certificate related to the position will be an advantage.
- Basic level of knowledge of ERP software i.e. SAP/Oracle/PCS etc.
