Our client is a Frozen Food Importer company from United Arab Emirates
Currently we are looking for a Graphic Designer (GD), under the direction of Head of Design and Marketing, will be responsible of producing high-quality design projects for a variety of mediums, Including digital and print. He\She will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, deliver special task to complete the Project, conceptualize design-solutions, and bring them to life with your artistic skills.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Description:
1. Conceptualization and Design
- Interpret master concepts and develop design deliverables in line with it.
- Create high-quality graphics, Illustration, and layouts for both digital and print media.
- Illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
2. Brand Consistency
- Work within agreed standards and guidelines for all brand communications to ensure consistency and level of quality and objectives are achieved
- Work closely with the marketing and branding teams to maintain brand guidelines and standards
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms, ensuring that designs align with brand guidelines and reflect the company's values
3. Multimedia Design
- Develop graphics and visual elements for websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Create multimedia content, Including infographics and videos, to enhance communication strategies.
- Develop graphics and visual designs for kiosk, packaging, logos, brochures, flyers, etc.
- Update of menus and design adaptations to meet the needs of the business.
4. Project and Social Media Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
- Communicate effectively with team members to provide updates and gather feedback
- Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
- Communicate with clients about layout and design
5. Collaboration and Market Research
- Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to brainstorm and develop creative solutions that meet project goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and design innovations to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
Skills
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Art, Design, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years' experience in event kiosk designs and motion graphic designs in the food and beverage industry
- Previous experience of working in a marketing and PR role for any industry, experience in Food & Beverage is advantage
- proficiency designing across all digital channels (web, email, video/social, digital)
- Ability to drive innovation and brand distinction while executing creative work within scope, time, and budget restraints.
- Expertise in holistic digital engagement across all channels, platforms, and devices -especially mobile 3D software knowledge and content creation for social media accounts experience is a plus
- expert level experience in working MS Office, Adobe: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and any kind of design programs and soft wares
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional team
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines
