Roles & Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Engaging with customers is crucial for a mobile sales promoter. They should actively approach potential customers, answer their questions, demonstrate product features, and provide recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Sales Generation: The primary responsibility of a mobile sales promoter is to drive sales. This involves persuading customers to make a purchase by highlighting the benefits of the products, overcoming objections, and closing sales effectively.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintaining an attractive and organized display of mobile devices is important for attracting customers and encouraging sales. A mobile sales promoter should ensure that products are properly showcased, with clear pricing and promotional materials.
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale is essential for building customer satisfaction and loyalty. This includes addressing any concerns or issues customers may have, assisting with purchases, and facilitating returns or exchanges when necessary
