Regional Manager

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities and driving revenue growth in the assigned region in UAE & Oman as well. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base.
  2. Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
  4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  5. Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and make informed decisions.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  7. Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s products and services.
  8. Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to provide insights and recommendations to the management team.
  10. . Drive a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the sales team
  11. Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  12. Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and creating a sales plan and quota for countries in support of regional objectives.



Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role.
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  3. Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  6. Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, surveying consumer needs and trends and tracking competitors.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  8. Self-motivated and result-oriented.
  9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  10. Flexibility to travel within the assigned region.
  11. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  12. Good communication and friendship with B2B Companies and Development Companies.
