Responsibilities and Duties

• Providing direct nursing care to patients in accordance with approved treatment plans.
• Monitoring patients' vital signs and recording them accurately in medical files.
• Administering prescribed medications and dosages and monitoring their side effects.
• Assisting in medical and diagnostic procedures in coordination with the treating medical team.
• Ensuring compliance with infection control policies and occupational safety standards within the facility.
• Communicating effectively with patients and their families to provide necessary psychological support and health guidance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma degree in Nursing (study duration of at least 3 years).
• Proven practical experience in the healthcare field ranging from two to three years.
• Valid license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
• Proficiency in dealing with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work flexibly within a shift system.
• High attention to detail and the ability to make quick decisions in emergency situations.
• Ability to work under pressure and within a multidisciplinary team.
