Overview

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversee recruitment, selection, and talent acquisition processes.
• Manage payroll operations and ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law.
• Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures, updating them periodically.
• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts to ensure a positive and motivating work environment.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance the team's efficiency.
• Manage employee records and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years and no more than 5 years of practical experience in human resources.
• Full knowledge of the Saudi Labor Law and regulations issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
• Proficiency in using human resources software and related technical systems.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
