About the Job
We are looking for a waiter to join our team. Their responsibility is to provide a distinct hospitality experience for guests from the moment of arrival until departure.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Greeting guests with a smile and guiding them to tables.
- Presenting the food and beverage menu, explaining dishes, and providing recommendations.
- Serving orders in a timely manner and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Handling feedback and complaints calmly and professionally.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of tables and the service area.
- Coordinating with the kitchen, cashier, and the rest of the team.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in restaurants or cafes is preferred; fresh graduates and those without experience are welcome (training will be provided).
- Good communication skills, good appearance, and commitment to the uniform.
