General Job Objective
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and operation of all air conditioning and refrigeration systems (central air conditioning, split systems, packaged units, and refrigeration/cooling units) to ensure they operate efficiently and safely, providing a suitable working or living environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Installation and Operation: Installing various types of air conditioning units (split, window, central, chillers) according to technical plans and approved instructions, including routing copper piping, electrical cables, air ducts, and water drainage lines.
Preventive Maintenance: Implementing periodic and preventive maintenance plans for systems to ensure operation without sudden failures, periodically cleaning filters, evaporators, condensers, and fans, while checking refrigerant (Freon) levels and recharging as needed after addressing leaks.
Repair and Troubleshooting: Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults in air conditioning and refrigeration equipment using specialized testing tools, replacing damaged components (such as compressors, capacitors, motors, expansion valves, thermostats), and detecting and repairing gas leaks with appropriate welding.
Safety and Security: Full adherence to occupational health and safety standards during work (wearing personal protective equipment, safe handling of electricity and gases), and safe and proper disposal of refrigerants (gases) and used oils in accordance with environmental regulations.
Documentation and Reporting: Recording daily maintenance work and repaired faults in designated forms or systems, and informing the technical supervisor of spare parts required for the warehouse.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Educational Qualification: Technical diploma or specialized vocational training certificate in the field of refrigeration and air conditioning.
Practical Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in the installation and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

المسؤولية عن تركيب، وصيانة، وإصلاح وتشغيل كافة أنظمة التكييف والتبريد (التكييف المركزي، المجزأ "السبليت"، الوحدات المدمجة، وثلاجات وحافظات التبريد) لضمان عملها بكفاءة وأمان، وتوفير بيئة عمل أو معيشة مناسبة.
المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية
التركيب والتشغيل: تركيب أجهزة التكييف بمختلف أنواعها (سبليت، شباك، مركزي، شيلرات) وفقاً للمخططات الفنية والتعليمات المعتمدة، وتمديد المواسير النحاسية وكابلات الكهرباء ومجاري الهواء (الدكت) وخطوط تصريف المياه.
الصيانة الوقائية: تنفيذ خطط الصيانة الدوريّة والوقائية للأنظمة لضمان عملها دون أعطال مفاجئة، وتنظيف الفلاتر والمبخرات والمكثفات والمراوح بشكل دوري، مع فحص مستويات غاز التبريد (الفريون) وإعادة شحنه عند الحاجة بعد معالجة التسريبات.
الإصلاح ومعالجة الأعطال: تشخيص الأعطال الكهربائية والميكانيكية في أجهزة التكييف والتبريد باستخدام أجهزة الفحص المختصة، واستبدال القطع التالفة (مثل الضواغط/الكومبريسور، الكثافات/المكثفات، الموتور، صمامات التمدد، الترموستات)، وكشف تسريبات الغاز ومعالجتها باللحام المناسب.
الأمن والسلامة: الالتزام التام بمعايير السلامة والصحة المهنية أثناء العمل (ارتداء أدوات الحماية الشخصية، التعامل الآمن مع الكهرباء والغازات)، والتخلص الآمن والسليم من وسائط التبريد (الغازات) والزيوت المستعملة وفق القوانين البيئية.
التوثيق وإعداد التقارير: تسجيل أعمال الصيانة اليومية والأعطال التي تم إصلاحها في النماذج أو النظام المخصص، وإبلاغ المشرف الفني بالقطع المطلوب توفيرها في المستودع.
المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة
المؤهل العلمي: دبلوم فني أو شهادة تدريب مهني متخصصة في مجال التبريد والتكييف.
الخبرة العملية: خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال تركيب وصيانة أنظمة التكييف والتبريد.
