Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Operate and set up Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines to produce parts accurately according to engineering drawings.
• Load raw materials and prepare the machine to begin operation processes.
• Monitor machine performance during operation and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality.
• Inspect produced parts using precision measurement tools to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on machines and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Full adherence to occupational health and safety standards while handling equipment.
• Submit daily reports on work progress and production quantities, and report any technical malfunctions immediately.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven practical experience in operating CNC machines ranging from one to three years.
• High ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical schematics.
• Proficiency in dealing with design and operation software related to numerical control machines.
• Commitment to full-time work and the ability to work in shifts when needed.
