Real Estate Broker for Individuals:
Job Description: The position involves performing comprehensive real estate brokerage tasks for individuals through field and office work. The role focuses on leveraging strong relationships with property owners or agents to secure real estate listings for sale and rent, contracting them, showcasing them on platforms, following up with clients, and closing deals. The job holder is also responsible for building intelligent targeting plans to reach luxury properties and commercial buildings while committing to achieving the required monthly targets.

Requirements for the job holder:
- Saudi national
- Resident of Medina
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least one year of experience in real estate brokerage or property management
- Strong sales skills and desire, including understanding client needs, presenting products, following up, and closing deals
- Available for work
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- Proficiency in English, spoken and written

Nature of work: Field and office

Other benefits: Working hours: 7 hours daily from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Weekend: 5 working days per week (rotational).

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 4,000 - 5,000 SAR plus sales commission.
