Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our warehouse operations team in Riyadh

The Quality Inspector will be responsible for inspecting products, monitoring product quality, identifying damaged or non-conforming items, and supporting the company in reducing product quality issues and customer returns

Skills

Key Responsibilities

Inspect incoming products and shipments upon receipt

Check product condition, packaging, labeling, batch numbers, and expiry dates

Conduct quality inspections before products are dispatched to customers

Identify damaged, expired, defective, or non-conforming products

Inspect returned products and identify the reasons for returns

Document quality issues and maintain accurate inspection records

Prepare regular quality inspection and product return reports

Maintain photographic and written documentation of quality issues

Coordinate with Warehouse, Operations, and other relevant departments regarding quality concerns

Support corrective actions to reduce repeated quality issues and product returns

Ensure products are handled and stored according to applicable quality and food safety requirements

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Safety, Food Technology, Quality Management, Nutrition, or a related field

Previous experience in Quality Control, Quality Inspection, Food Warehousing, FMCG, supplements, or a related field is preferred

Good knowledge of food safety and product quality standards

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.

Good reporting and documentation skills

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety practices.

Experience with nutritional supplements, healthy food products, FMCG, or pharmaceutical products.

Experience in warehouse quality inspection and product return analysis
