The opportunity This is not a pixel-pushing role. Jisr operates in a deeply regulated, culturally specific domain where the real design challenge lives in the system, not the screen. As a Product Designer you will untangle complex workflows spanning payroll, compliance, employee lifecycle and organisational structure, then shape those into coherent, trustworthy experiences for HR professionals across Saudi Arabia. You will report into a Design Manager and work inside a cross-functional product squad, but you will own the design outcomes end to end. You show work early, invite challenge, and iterate fast. You collaborate closely with our Research and Content Design teams to ground decisions in real user needs and clear language. You bring stakeholders along from discovery through delivery. We work with high autonomy and expect you to drive clarity where there is ambiguity. AI tools are part of our workflow and we expect you to use them to move faster, think wider and augment your craft.

What you will do Map and decompose complex HR workflows to understand the full system before designing any interface. Think in jobs to be done, edge cases and downstream consequences. Own the design process end to end, from problem framing and research synthesis through to interaction design, prototyping and production-ready specs. Collaborate deeply with the Research team to plan studies, interpret findings and translate insights into design direction. Partner with Content Design to ensure the product speaks clearly and consistently. Show work early and often. Present concepts to stakeholders, facilitate critique sessions and use feedback to sharpen solutions rather than polish decks. Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring components reflect real usage patterns and scale across the platform. Work closely with Engineering to ensure intent carries through to implementation. Sweat the details during build and QA. Use AI-powered tools to accelerate research synthesis, explore design variations, generate content and automate repetitive tasks. Manage stakeholder relationships proactively. Communicate trade-offs clearly and build trust through transparency and delivery.

What you bring 3+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise software or complex regulated domains. A portfolio that demonstrates systems thinking: how you broke down a messy problem, mapped the landscape and arrived at a coherent solution, not just polished screens. Strong interaction and visual design skills grounded in solid information architecture. Experience working in cross-functional squads with product managers, engineers, researchers and content designers. Comfort operating with autonomy in an async-first, remote environment. You structure your own work and communicate proactively. Familiarity with modern AI tools and a willingness to integrate them into your design process. Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders. Experience with Figma and modern prototyping tools. Nice to have Experience designing for the MENA region or Arabic-first interfaces (RTL, bilingual flows). Background in HR tech, payroll, compliance or workforce management. Familiarity with jobs-to-be-done frameworks and service design methods. Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system at scale.
