1. ملخص المنصب
المهندس الميداني مسؤول عن الإشراف وتنسيق أنشطة الموقع لأعمال السكك الحديدية المدنية، أعمال الأرض، الجسور، المقاطع، التصريف وتركيب القضبان. يضمن الدور تنفيذ البناء بأمان وكفاءة وبما يتوافق مع الرسومات والمواصفات وبيانات الطريقة ومتطلبات الجودة وبرنامج المشروع المعتمد.
2. المسؤوليات الأساسية
- الإشراف على أنشطة البناء اليومية والتأكد من الامتثال لرسومات IFC المعتمدة والمواصفات وبيانات الطريقة.
- تنسيق الأعمال المتعلقة بإزالة الموقع، الحفر، التسوية، الردم، طبقات التكوين، التربة الأساسية وحماية المنحدر.
- الإشراف على أعمال الخرسانة المسلحة، بما في ذلك القوالب، التسليح، العناصر المدمجة، صب الخرسانة، المعالجة والإصلاحات.
- مراقبة بناء أسس الجسور، الركائز، أغماد الركائز، الأعمدة، الدعامات، الكمرات والهياكل القريبة.
- الإشراف على الأقواس ومجرى الصرف والعبور الخدمي والهياكل الداعمة وأعمال الحماية المرتبطة.
- تنسيق أنشطة أعمال القضبان، بما في ذلك تحضير التكوين، تحطيم الطبقة الفرعية، الحصى، القضبان، القطع، اللحام وتوجيه المسار.
- التأكد من أن أعمال البناء تتوافق مع الخط، المستوى، التدرج والتوازي ومرونة الأبعاد المطلوبة.
- التنسيق مع المساحين من أجل تحديد المواقع، فحوص الارتفاع، التحقق من المحاذاة ومسوح الحالة كما-بناء.
- تخطيط الأنشطة اليومية والأسبوعية بناءً على برنامج البناء المعتمد والموارد المتاحة.
- إعداد متطلبات العمالة والمعدات والمواد للعمل المخصص.
- تنسيق المقاولين من الباطن والموردين وفرق الموقع ومراقبة إنتاجيتهم وأدائهم.
- مراجعة الرسومات وتحديد الاختلافات ومشاكل القابلية للبناء والتعارضات في الواجهات.
- إعداد طلبات للمعلومات واستفسارات فنية عند الحاجة لتوضيح التصميم.
- التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة والجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة والتخطيط واللوجستيات والمالية.
- إعداد طلبات تفتيش وتنسيق عمليات التفتيش مع كوادر QA/QC والمهندس/المستشار.
- التأكد من صلاحية المواد المستخدم في الموقع وتخزينها بشكل صحيح وبإشراف مناسب.
- مراقبة نتائج الاختبارات للمخزنات والتربة والخرسانة والتسليح واللحام والركام ومكونات المسار.
- تحديد الأعمال غير المطابقة وتنسيق الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
- ضمان جاهزية مواقع العمل قبل بدء أنشطة البناء.
- مراقبة الكميات والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للأعمال المنجزة لقياس التقدم.
- إعداد تقارير يومية للموقع تشمل القوى العاملة والمعدات والأنشطة والكميات والتأخيرات والقيود.
- الحفاظ على سجلات التعليمات الميدانية والفحص ونتائج الاختبار والتغييرات المعتمدة.
- دعم إعداد رسومات اللاخط الزائد وتوثيق الحالة كما-بناء وتوثيق التسليم.
- التأكد من الامتثال لخطط الصحة والسلامة والبيئة المعتمدة ومتطلبات تصريح العمل وتدابير السيطرة على المخاطر.
- المشاركة في أحاديث صندوق الأدوات واجتماعات التنسيق واجتماعات التقدم.
- المساعدة في حل القضايا الفنية والبنائية التي تؤثر على السلامة والجودة والتكلفة أو الجدول الزمني.
المؤهلات والخبرة
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة ferroviaria أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- يفضل التسجيل أو الأهلية للتسجيل في مجلس المهندسين السعودي.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في البناء ذات الصلة، بما في ذلك ثلاث سنوات على الأقل في مشاريع بنية تحتية رئيسية.
- يفضل الخبرة في مشاريع السكك الحديدية أو المترو أو النقل.
- خبرة عملية في الأقل في اثنين من المجالات التالية:
- الأعمال الأرضية وتكوين السكك؛
- الجسور والهياكل المسلحة;
- الأقواس وأعمال الصرف؛
- أعمال المسار وتركيب القضبان.
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في المملكة العربية السعودية أو دول مجلس التعاون.
- من الرغبة أن تكون لديه خبرة في العمل مع مقاول رئيسي أو مقاول من الباطن رئيسي.
- القدرة المؤكدة على إشراف فرق عمل متعددة ومقاولين من الباطن.
- الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثاً ممتازة؛ العربية ميزة.
يفضل أن يكون المتقدمون من السعودية؛ سيُنظر في المرشحين من جنسيات أخرى أيضاً.
1. Position Summary
The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising and coordinating site activities for railway civil works, earthworks, bridges, culverts, drainage and track-laying. The role ensures that construction is executed safely, efficiently and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, quality requirements and the project programme.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure compliance with approved IFC drawings, specifications and method statements.
- Coordinate works involving site clearance, excavation, filling, embankments, formation layers, subgrade and slope protection.
- Supervise reinforced-concrete works, including formwork, reinforcement, embedded items, concrete placement, curing and repairs.
- Monitor construction of bridge foundations, piles, pile caps, piers, abutments, bearings, decks and approach structures.
- Supervise culverts, drainage channels, utility crossings, retaining structures and associated protection works.
- Coordinate trackwork activities, including formation preparation, sub-ballast, ballast, sleepers, rails, turnouts, welding and track alignment.
- Ensure construction works comply with required line, level, gradient, coordinates and dimensional tolerances.
- Coordinate with surveyors for setting-out, elevation checks, alignment verification and as-built surveys.
- Plan daily and weekly activities based on the approved construction programme and available resources.
- Prepare labour, plant, materials and equipment requirements for assigned work fronts.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site crews and monitor their productivity and performance.
- Review drawings and identify discrepancies, constructability issues and interface conflicts.
- Prepare requests for information and technical queries when design clarification is required.
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, HSE, planning, commercial and logistics teams.
- Prepare inspection requests and coordinate inspections with QA/QC personnel and the Engineer/Consultant.
- Ensure materials used on-site are approved, inspected and stored correctly.
- Monitor test results for soil, aggregates, concrete, reinforcement, welding, ballast and track components.
- Identify non-conforming work and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure work fronts are ready before commencing construction activities.
- Monitor quantities and maintain accurate records of completed work for progress measurement.
- Prepare daily site reports covering manpower, equipment, activities, quantities, delays and constraints.
- Maintain records of site instructions, inspections, test results and approved changes.
- Support preparation of red-line drawings, as-built records and handover documentation.
- Ensure compliance with approved HSE plans, permit-to-work requirements and risk-control measures.
- Participate in toolbox talks, coordination meetings and progress meetings.
- Assist in resolving technical and construction issues affecting safety, quality, cost or schedule.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Railway Engineering or a related discipline.
- Registration or eligibility for registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience, including at least 3 years on major infrastructure projects.
- Experience in railway, metro or transportation projects is strongly preferred.
- Practical experience in at least two of the following areas:
- Earthworks and railway formation;
- Bridges and reinforced-concrete structures;
- Culverts and drainage works;
- Trackwork and track laying.
- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is preferred.
- Experience working with a main contractor or major subcontractor is desirable.
- Proven ability to supervise multiple work crews and subcontractors.
- Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
