About the Role:
To ensure that all training requirements of Saudi male employees are met in accordance to the business needs in conformance to the overall Corporate Training objectives. Requirement:
Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:
- Qualification in BS Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Communications.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant Training experience in a large-scale manufacturing industry as Trainer.
- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills
- Must have experience within a similar role in Planning, Designing, Delivering and Development of Training activities.
- Hands on knowledge and experience in SAP or similar package.
- Should be a good team player.

المتطلبات:
يجب أن يستوفي المرشحون المحتملون المتطلبات المذكورة أدناه:
- التخصص في بكالوريوس ميكانيكا، كهرباء، أو اتصالات إلكترونية.
- خبرة تدريبية ذات صلة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في صناعة تصنيع واسعة النطاق كمدرب.
- مهارات اتصال لفظية وكتابية ممتازة
- يجب أن تكون لديه خبرة في دور مماثل في التخطيط والتصميم والتقديم وتطوير أنشطة التدريب.
- معرفة وخبرة تطبيقية في SAP أو حزمة مماثلة.
- ينبغي أن يكون لاعب فريق جيد.
