Parsons Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is part of an integrated Delivery Partner team contributing to a landmark giga-project in the Kingdom. This initiative aims to redefine global standards in destination development, innovation, and visitor experience, supporting Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 through the planning, design, and implementation of world-class assets and infrastructure.

Role Summary: Senior Project Manager, Hotels

The Senior Project Manager – Hotels is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of major hotel assets within the Sub-district East. This position involves providing strategic direction, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery, and overseeing all disciplines including design, procurement, construction, and testing and commissioning. The role guarantees that hotel projects meet the Client’s standards for safety, quality, guest experience, and commercial performance, leading cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver complex hotel developments in accordance with approved designs, budgets, schedules, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities in Project Delivery

• Lead and embed a strong health, safety, and wellbeing culture across all hotel projects, ensuring full compliance with regulations and Client standards.
• Set the strategic direction for planning and execution of hotel projects, leading integrated planning across design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure assets are delivered in accordance with approved designs, cost plans, and milestone dates, aligning project phasing with wider district and city development plans.
• Manage resources, schedules, financials, and adherence to quality and safety standards, including effective allocation of Delivery Partners and contractors.
• Monitor and control budgets, cash flow, and cost forecasts, maintaining robust financial controls and supporting budgeting and financial planning.
• Lead coordination across all disciplines to maintain full oversight of schedules, costs, risks, quality, and safety, identifying and managing project risks and opportunities.
• Drive alignment between design requirements and contractual obligations, leading design reviews to ensure compliance with specifications, operator brand standards, regulatory requirements, sustainability, and operational needs.
• Work closely with Client Procurement and Commercial on scoping, tender reviews, proposal evaluations, and performance analysis, supporting sourcing strategies for hotel-specific packages.

Leadership and Stakeholder Management

• Demonstrate leadership behaviors aligned with Client values, setting clear objectives for project staff, managing performance, and fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams (Development, City Teams, Operations, HSE, Commercial) and oversee interfaces between hotel projects and adjacent assets.
• Manage interfaces with other projects to ensure integration and avoid conflicts, working with Delivery Partners to define annual objectives and engagement strategies.
• Provide regular status reports and updates to Client senior leadership and key stakeholders, preparing executive summaries and dashboards.
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices in hotel project delivery, capturing lessons learned for future frameworks.
• Lead key project activities including project meetings, value engineering sessions, problem-resolution discussions, design reviews, site inspections, and evaluation of proposals.
• Perform other project-related activities as assigned by the Client.

Required Experience

Candidates for this Senior Project Manager role must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on hotel or hospitality asset delivery. The role requires a proven ability to lead complex projects, manage diverse teams, and engage effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
