About the Role

Gulioa Group for Three Dates Trading announces its need for Project Management Director to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. The holder of this role will have overall supervision of project and program management activities in the entity, and will monitor the development processes of project and program implementation plans and oversee their workflows. This includes setting and tracking budgets and contracting procedures, determining costs and funding sources, and monitoring execution to ensure achievement of objectives within the scheduled time and allocated budget.

Project Development and Execution

• Supervise the processes of developing and implementing project and program plans in the entity.
• Direct and monitor the processes of estimating the financial budget and determining the human, technical, and equipment requirements necessary to execute projects, ensuring their availability on time and within the estimated cost.

Resource and Risk Management

• Supervise the processes of defining project assumptions and all intra-interactions with other projects or programs in the entity to ensure optimal utilization of all available resources.
• Identify project risks and the steps required to avoid and resolve them promptly and appropriately.

Performance Monitoring and Quality Assurance

• Coordinate with the project team to review completed work and remaining stages.
• Ensure compliance with the project scope, adopted project management standards, and quality specifications.
• Manage change processes based on the laid-out plans.

Reporting and Closure

• Coordinate and monitor the completion of major project phases and the project closure process.
• Assess the level of achievement of the project outputs against its main objectives and ensure transfer of all related knowledge and expertise.
• Document all project documents, templates, and reports.
• Supervise the preparation of project progress reports, risk and challenge management reports, and performance indicators and success factors reports on a periodic basis.
• Submit related reports to various project stakeholders and to the senior management of the entity.

Required Qualifications and Experience

This role requires practical experience ranging from 5 to 10 years in project management. The job is full-time and based in Al Khobar city in the Eastern Province.
