About the Role

Catrion Group is seeking a dedicated Cashier to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is essential for ensuring smooth meal services, sales counter, and cafeteria operations. The ideal candidate will provide responsive, friendly, and courteous service, manage accurate cash transactions, and contribute to sales targets while upholding high hygiene and safety standards. We are looking for individuals with 0-1 years of experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare assigned areas, including meal services, sales counter, and cafeteria, for service at designated locations.
• Ensure all guests receive responsive, friendly, and courteous service consistently.
• Arrange and display food and beverage items as required.
• Assist in the service of food and beverage within respective areas.
• Maintain comprehensive menu knowledge, including information on allergens and ingredients.
• Process accurate cash register machine transactions without deviation and ensure proper turnover of cash sales for each shift period.

Sales and Operational Support

• Recommend strategies to achieve daily sales targets and actively engage in upselling to customers.
• Monitor non-moving products to minimize wastage and maintain accurate stock taking and inventory records.
• Coordinate effectively with stores and production departments to ensure timely delivery of products and food items.
• Foster positive customer relations by possessing thorough knowledge of the establishment, its facilities, and personnel.

Safety, Hygiene, and Reporting

• Report any equipment defects or maintenance requirements that could hinder service levels immediately.
• Report all accidents, incidents, injuries, and customer complaints without delay.
• Attend Client and Company training courses as necessary and fully support all safety initiatives.
• Ensure all work is conducted hygienically and that safe work practices are consistently followed, meeting both company and statutory personal hygiene standards.

Cybersecurity and Compliance

• Adhere strictly to Cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Handle data and information according to their classification level.
• Avoid violating intellectual property rights, including copyrights and patents, of any person or company.
• Comply with Cybersecurity requirements for user devices, internet, software, systems, and email.
• Follow the acceptable use policy, utilizing Catrion information and technical assets solely for business purposes.
• Obtain necessary permits from the security department or authority owner before hosting visitors in sensitive company sites.
• Report all Cybersecurity incidents promptly.

Qualifications and Work Environment

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in a cashier or customer service role. A strong commitment to accuracy in cash handling, excellent customer service skills, and an understanding of hygiene and safety protocols are essential for this position. This is a full-time role based in Riyadh, requiring attendance at daily site meetings, briefings, and trainings as needed. The Cashier will perform other job-related duties as assigned, in accordance with Saudi Labor Law regulations.
