About the role You'll lead enterprise-wide data governance initiatives designing policies across DAMA data management domains, driving NDMO/NDI compliance in coordination with SDAIA, and embedding a strong data culture across the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or compliance roles, ideally within Saudi government or public sector entities
- Proven track record with NDMO and/or NDI compliance frameworks
- Strong knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK data management domains
- Experience developing data governance policies, procedures, and frameworks
- Background in change management and stakeholder engagement across large organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's is a plus)
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CDMP, NDMO-related certifications) are a strong advantage
- Fluency in Arabic and English
