Job Description

We are seeking a Fashion Designer & Production Coordinator to assist in designing eveningwear and bridal collections and coordinating their execution with the production team.

Key Responsibilities

● Create fashion sketches and develop new design ideas.

● Prepare detailed tech packs, including measurements, technical drawings, fabrics, trims, colors, and construction details.

● Communicate design details to pattern makers, tailors, and embroiderers.

● Follow garments through cutting, sewing, fitting, alterations, and finishing.

● Organize daily production tasks and monitor deadlines.

● Ensure finished garments match the approved designs and quality standards.

● Assist in selecting fabrics, embroidery, and accessories.

● Use CLO 3D to visualize designs when needed.

Requirements

Job Requirements

● Degree or diploma in Fashion Design.

● 2+ years of experience in fashion design or garment production.

● Practical experience in creating professional and production-ready tech packs is required.

● Experience in eveningwear, bridalwear, or women’s fashion is preferred.

● Strong fashion sketching and technical drawing skills.

● Basic knowledge of CLO 3D.

● Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, patterns, and finishing.

● Strong organization and attention to detail.

● Ability to coordinate effectively with the production team.

● A portfolio including sketches, tech packs, and completed garments is required.
