Role Overview

The Management Recruitment Group (MRG) is supporting a prominent organization in Saudi Arabia with the appointment of a Human Resources Director. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on leading and developing the organization's HR function to align with broader business objectives.

About the Position

Reporting directly to the Vice President – Shared Services, the Human Resources Director will provide both strategic and operational leadership across the entire employee lifecycle. This role is central to ensuring that the HR strategy effectively supports and integrates with the organization's overall business goals and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall HR strategy and translate business objectives into effective people plans.
• Oversee workforce and manpower planning, recruitment, staffing, and talent acquisition processes.
• Lead performance management, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development activities.
• Develop effective talent attraction and retention programs.
• Establish and monitor HR KPIs to measure performance and improve HR effectiveness.
• Drive the implementation and enhancement of HR systems and technology.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and support teams through periods of transformation.
• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with relevant government regulations and protect employee rights.
• Partner with senior leadership to ensure HR priorities are aligned with organizational strategy.
• Build effective relationships with relevant government entities, recruitment agencies, and other external stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates for this role should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources leadership. While not mandatory, professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM-SCP, or SHRM-CP would be considered advantageous.
