About the Role

Shalal Park for Entertainment is seeking a Waiter to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role aims to deliver excellent service to customers by welcoming them, providing menus, addressing inquiries, and managing table and payment operations. The role requires 0-1 years of experience in hospitality or customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and providing them with food and drink menus.
• Accurately taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages efficiently.
• Responding to customer inquiries and advising on available food and beverage options.
• Setting up, arranging, and continually cleaning tables, and returning dishes and utensils to their designated places.
• Presenting bills to customers, handling and recording cash payments, and using point-of-sale (POS) machines.
• Handling initial customer complaints and escalating to the complaints officer for necessary action.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0 to 1 year of practical experience in a similar role or in customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle work pressure.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills and courteous customer handling.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Attention to detail, cleanliness, and tidiness.
• Good handling of POS systems and cashing payments.

Work Environment

The waiter operates within the hospitality team at Shalal Park for Entertainment in Jeddah, Makkah. The position is full-time and requires on-site presence to provide direct service to customers.
