Job Opportunity | Physician Recruitment Specialist (Remote – Part-Time)
We are looking for an experienced Physician Recruitment Specialist to source, engage, and negotiate employment offers with physicians. The ideal candidate has strong recruitment and negotiation skills and can successfully close hiring deals.
Responsibilities:
Source and recruit qualified physicians. Negotiate employment offers, compensation, and benefits. Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Coordinate hiring needs with management. Build and maintain a strong physician talent pipeline.
Requirements:
Previous experience in physician or healthcare recruitment. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and achieve hiring targets. Experience using Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing platforms. Fluent English is a plus.
