Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor the facility's entry and exit operations, issue the necessary permits after verifying the identity of suppliers and visitors and recording their data.
- Conduct regular patrols throughout the work areas, including inspecting gates, doors, and windows to ensure they are secure.
- Move among visitors and staff to maintain order and protect property, and enforce the facility's internal regulations.
- Respond immediately to alarms and incidents, conduct initial investigations, and communicate with relevant authorities such as fire departments, ambulance services, or police, and report to senior management.
- Fully comply with the health, safety, and environment policies and procedures in force at the organization.
Qualifications and Experience
This role requires practical experience ranging from two to five years in security guarding or a related field. The candidate must be able to effectively apply security and safety procedures and have a clean record in security work.
