Supervise all drilling, completion, workover, and well intervention activities on the offshore rig. Ensure drilling operations are executed according to the approved drilling program. Monitor daily drilling performance and optimize operational efficiency. Coordinate rig activities with drilling engineers, service companies, logistics personnel, and client representatives. Manage operational risks and implement corrective actions when required. Monitor drilling parameters and recommend improvements to maximize performance. Ensure proper well control practices are maintained throughout operations. Review and approve daily drilling reports and operational documentation. Ensure continuous compliance with well control standards. Verify the functionality and testing of Blowout Preventer (BOP) systems. Monitor kick detection and well control indicators. Lead well control operations when necessary. Ensure personnel maintain valid well control certifications.
