Job Overview

Kris Beauty Salon is seeking a Beauty Salon Director to join its team in Riyadh. The position is full-time with a monthly salary ranging between SAR 11,250 to 15,000.

Role Objective

The primary responsibility of the Beauty Salon Director is to lead the salon’s daily operational activities effectively, overseeing all service aspects to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and maintain the quality of services in a professional work environment.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of daily salon operations and front desk management.
• Lead and guide front desk staff and salon team to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience and maintain high service quality standards.
• Manage scheduling, organize workflow, and coordinate staff tasks efficiently.
• Monitor sales performance and work toward achieving service targets.
• Maintain a positive and professional work environment for all staff and customers.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience as a branch manager, salon manager, or operations supervisor.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Practical experience in beauty, hospitality, or luxury retail settings.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to efficiently manage operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
