About the Role

Mohamed Saeed Al-Sinaan Manufacturing Plant for Industry is seeking an Accounts Manager to join its team in Dammam, the Eastern Province. This is a full-time role requiring experience of between two and five years in the field of accounts management.

Purpose of the Job

The Accounts Manager is responsible for participating in formulating the main objectives, policies, and plans for accounts management. The role includes direct supervision of planning, organizing, and managing accounts work, ensuring alignment with operational plans and implementation programs, following up on approved administrative processes, and providing the necessary human and technical resources to ensure daily operations run efficiently and effectively.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Participate in developing the main goals for accounts management, develop and implement plans, programs, and projects that contribute to achieving these goals, and ensure there are precise frameworks and metrics to evaluate achievement levels.
• Review and develop accounts management policies and procedures and monitor their implementation, supervise all subordinate staff, assess their performance and guide them, and ensure compliance with approved accounting standards.
• Manage accounting operations related to revenues and payments of the entity, ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of restriction and audit procedures followed and recorded in the accounting ledgers.
• Supervise annual inventory processes and ensure the correctness of procedures and records, manage monthly and yearly account reconciliations, and ensure the safekeeping of all documents in line with approved accounting standards.
• Oversee the preparation of summaries and financial reports, present them to senior management, inform them of various challenges and developments, and consult them on important future issues and initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Practical experience ranging between two and five years in the field of accounts management or a similar role.
