We are seeking an accomplished Business & Sales Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives, nurture high-value client relationships, and drive revenue in the Jubail region of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the Jubail region and adjacent markets.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through multi-channel approaches including direct sales, partnerships, and channel programs.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to contract closure, including proposal development and negotiating terms with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align offerings with market needs and create compelling value propositions.
  • Forecast, track, and report on sales performance, pipeline health, and market intelligence; provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to identify threats and opportunities; adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on commitments and ensure superior client delivery.
  • Develop pricing models, contract terms, and incentive structures that optimize profitability while remaining competitive.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand presence and network with key decision-makers.

 

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Executive-level leadership experience with a minimum of 5+ years in business development, sales management, or a similar role; experience within Saudi Arabia, particularly in Jubail, is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth, negotiating complex deals, and managing large client accounts.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, customer lifecycle management, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical abilities to interpret market data, create actionable plans, and measure outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently in a freelance/project-based setting while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Legal eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia and willingness to travel as required within the region.
