• Manage and organize procurement operations for the company\'s projects.

• Search for the best local and international suppliers and manufacturers.

• Full knowledge and familiarity with construction and contracting materials and products.

• Study prices, compare supplier offers, and negotiate the best terms.

• Build and develop a database of local and international suppliers.

• Follow purchase orders, procurement, and on-time delivery.

• Coordinate with project management, warehouses, and finance management.

• Ensure material quality and compliance with required specifications.

• Monitor markets, prices, and changes in products and building materials.

• Manage import operations and dealings with international suppliers and shipping when needed.

• Prepare periodic reports on purchases, costs, and suppliers.

???? Requirements:

• Practical experience in procurement management in the contracting and construction sector.

• Excellent knowledge of construction and finishing materials and products.

• Strong knowledge of the local market and suppliers within the Kingdom.

• Experience in dealing with international markets and suppliers.

• Strong negotiation and price analysis skills.

• Experience in supplier management, contracts, and purchase orders.

• Proficiency in Excel programs and procurement systems and ERP.

• Proficiency in English to deal with international suppliers.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve the best prices, quality, and delivery times.
