We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Hail. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land and construction surveys, setting out works, collecting topographical data, and ensuring the accuracy of survey measurements to support project execution.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct land, topographic, and construction site surveys. Perform setting out and establish project control points and benchmarks. Collect and analyze survey data using Total Station, GPS, and leveling equipment. Prepare survey reports, calculations, and drawings. Verify site coordinates, elevations, and alignments according to project requirements. Coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Monitor construction progress and provide survey support throughout project phases. Maintain accurate survey records and documentation. Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Requirements:Diploma or higher qualification in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field. More than 10 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in construction or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of surveying methods, calculations, and equipment. Proficiency in using Total Station, GPS, Auto CAD, and survey-related software. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and project specifications. Strong communication and coordination skills. Willingness to work in Hail, Saudi Arabia.
