Head of Content

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that supports the brand positioning in both Saudi and global markets.
  • Lead a cross‑functional content team (writers, designers, videographers, and agencies) to produce high‑quality digital, print, and multimedia assets.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling storytelling for residential, commercial, and mixed‑use projects, ensuring consistency across all channels (website, social media, newsletters, brochures, Investor Relations materials, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Project Development, and Investor Relations to align content with business objectives and campaign calendars.
  • Set editorial standards, brand voice guidelines, and quality control processes; conduct regular audits to maintain brand integrity.
  • Manage the content production budget, negotiate contracts with external agencies, and track ROI on content initiatives.
  • Leverage data analytics and SEO insights to optimize content performance, increase audience engagement, and drive qualified leads.
  • Champion innovative content formats (AR/VR experiences, virtual tours, interactive infographics) to showcase luxury developments.
  • Ensure all content complies with local regulations, corporate governance, and sustainability messaging.
  • Mentor and develop junior content staff, fostering a culture of creativity, continuous learning, and collaboration


Skills

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
  • Proven ability to craft compelling narratives for high‑end real‑estate projects.
  • Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities with a track record of building high‑performing creative teams.
  • Deep understanding of digital content trends, SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent project‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives under tight deadlines.

Desired Experience

  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in content creation, content strategy, or brand communications, preferably within real‑estate, luxury goods, or hospitality sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience leading content teams and managing external agency relationships.
  • Portfolio showcasing successful multi‑channel campaigns, multimedia storytelling, and measurable business impact.
  • Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market and Vision 2030 initiatives is a strong plus.
  • Experience with international luxury branding (e.g., Europe, North America, Asia) and an understanding of global consumer expectations.
