We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our automotive showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high operational standards. The Showroom Manager will play a key role in achieving sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring an outstanding showroom experience. Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the automotive showroom. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Ensure excellent customer service throughout the customer journey. Maintain showroom presentation, vehicle displays, and merchandising standards. Oversee inventory availability and coordinate with the stock and logistics teams. Handle customer concerns and resolve escalated complaints professionally. Monitor sales KPIs and prepare regular performance reports. Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards. Collaborate with the marketing team to support showroom campaigns and promotional events. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify business opportunities. Coordinate with finance and insurance teams to facilitate vehicle delivery and customer documentation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in automotive sales. At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or showroom management role. Experience with passenger vehicles is highly preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/DMS systems. Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
