Experience required - 1yr+ in IT Recruitment (Technical Recruitments)

• Proven success in hiring for niche technology roles (React, Java, Cloud, Data, SAP, Salesforce, etc.).
• Strong understanding of IT skills, project structures, and technology stacks.
• Experience in both volume hiring and niche/senior-level hiring.
• Strong interviewing/screening skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with ATS systems, recruitment analytics, and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter,Bayt.com, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in GCC hiring
• Salary Negotiation with candidates
