Job description

We are seeking an experienced Solar Engineer to support the development and implementation of solar PV solutions across large-scale real estate projects under a PPP framework.

The role will be responsible for supporting solar system design reviews, feasibility assessments, technical coordination, and ensuring successful project delivery from concept stage through commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support solar PV system integration within development projects.
• Review designs, technical submissions, and contractor proposals.
• Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in solar PV or renewable energy projects.
• Experience in real estate development or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PV systems, grid-connected solar applications, and relevant standards.
• Familiarity with PPP/EPC project environments is an advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, or equivalent software.
