Develop and maintain strong relationships with government entities. Achieve sales goals by managing the sales team and key accounts. Identify and secure new government business opportunities. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of services. Represent the hotel in official meetings and government events. Enhance the hotel's community image and market presence
Desired Candidate Profile
- Saudi national with experience in sales or government relations (hospitality preferred).
- A proven track record in a similar role within a quality environment and able to demonstrate excellent standards and sales productivity.
- Commercially astute, multi-tasker who is motivated by challenge.
- Driven and ambitious to increase productivity and sales volume with appropriate techniques.
- Clear thinker with excellent communication abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to enhance the hotel's community image.
- Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
